AWAKEN YOUR TASTE BUDS

Some of us wake up feeling peckish, others prefer a lie in. From 7h30 to 10h00, Simon, Kenza et Ana-Sofia propose breakfast on the veranda, or the terrace. You will find your drink of choice, local hams and cheeses, boiled farm eggs, Annette’s pollen, everything has been carefully selected. Savour our homemade recipes, explore a cupboard full of different muesli jars and choose your favourite jam. Enjoy our courgette quiche, honey citrus cake, chocolate and hazelnut cookies…A take-away picnic is available from 6h30 onwards, or you can have breakfast in your room from 7h30 to 11h00.

A LEISURELY LUNCH, FOR A LAZY DAY

If you fancy a quick bite in the afternoon, after a lazy morning, or you are craving food having returned from an outdoor pursuit. Lie back on your sun-bed, or choose a snug spot to relax and share a plateau of fresh fruit. Tuck into one of our slated plates, simple, healthy, delicious food.

ALL DAY BY THE RIVER

At the bar, we will be delighted to discover your tipple! Our beers and local wines have a regional emphasis, the cocktails and smoothies are all made fresh to order. If the sun is not shining, why not have tea, or a hot chocolate on the veranda. There are books and board games in the library, or you can chat with Baptiste about Corsica! When the night draws in, time for a well-deserved apéro, find your spot. The river and garden will transform with a magical glow. An enchanting vision will reveal itself.

Restaurant by the River

AUBERGE DE LA RESTONICA

“We are the Dominique Colonna’s neighbors. The Auberge de la Restonica is a family affair, it was started by « Babo » our Grand-father. With support from our Grand-mother and our parents, the restaurant prospered. We serve traditional specialities, such as, candied suckling lamb, Restonica filet steak and Jean-Max Léonelli’s charcuterie. In the summer months, we propose some classic dishes with a modern twist.” Emilie and Rachel.

You just have to cross the courtyard, to join your hosts and soak up the atmosphere of their riverside restaurant. The auberge is recommended by several guide books, we strongly suggest booking in advance of your stay with us. We are happy to assist.
