Aperitif

What better way to relax at the end of a day than relaxing on a sofa, outside on the terrace, in the cool fragrant night air,   sipping an aperitif.  As night falls, the tables light up with candlelight like fireflies, in an atmosphere conducive to chatting, sharing and meeting up over a glass of wine, or a Corsican beer. 
You can enjoy fine, elegant white wines with floral fruity aromas, or rosé with notes of red fruit and spices.  If you prefer a beer, you may choose a Pietra, a Corsican chestnut beer, accompanied by bread rolls with tapenade and savory nibbles.
It is intimate and relaxed, a place where time stands still and nature entices you to let go.
